'Human Barbie', Gives Liposuction Voucher To 7-Year-Old Daughter For Christmas

It's amazing and twisted, in my opinion.   A 7 year old girl received a voucher from her mother for future plastic surgery. The mother known as the "Human Barbie," Sarah Burge, gave her daughter a voucher worth approximately $11,000.00 for Christmas.  Voucher is to cover any future cosmetic surgery after she turn 18 years.  Sure, that beats a lump of coal in the stocking.  Maybe mom should review the "Mom Handbook" and give her a doll or Easy Bake Oven next Christmas?  Here's a clip from "The Doctors."
